I bet you guys know what the video above is, yups, that's the Maroon 5 MV with tittle One More Night. Why do I post it here because this song has been in my play list since 2 months ago. I don't even know why but I never bored to listen this song, maybe because of the music, rhythm, lyric or any other reasons. The best thing is there are many people that trying to cover this song, but my favorites are arrangement music by Sungha Jung and cover song that performed by Sam Tsui. I'll put those 2 video later because I wanna share the lyric first.hehe

Organizational Behavior's Assignment - Motivation Theory

Even this is long weekend (because of Idul Adha), it doesn't mean that I'm free from assignment. I've 3 homeworks that have been waited me to finished :') that's our duty as a student I think. So today, I wanna share to you my OB (Organizational Behavior) assignment that i just finished and sent to my lecturer's email :))

The assignment is I've to share about my story and motivation why do I enroll in the International Program UII, after that my lecturer would give me an motivation theory then I should make the correlation between my story and the theory itself. So this is it, the final result of my OB's assignment.

Why do I Enroll in International Program 

          I heard information about International Program (IP) of UII for the first time from my father. At that time, he asked me to enroll in Economic Faculty (Accounting Department) because according to him being accountant is kind a prospective profession in Indonesia. Actually, at that time I refused his offer because I want to enroll in Japanese or English Literature.

Heeeeellyeaaaaaaaaaaahhh,,hahahhaa...meet again since 3 days ago i was busy with my schedules. :))

So, today I would like to share to you about the music that lately i've listened. Actually this song was original soundtract of J-drama with tittle Proposal Daisuken (2007), then the song itself sung by Mongol800 (ok,that's not the name of standup comedian :P) with tittle Chiisana Koi no Uta. Then for today, I'm gonna share to you about the video and the lyric of this song. Hope you like it guys :))

Video above is the live performance of Mongol800. It's a Japanese band from Okinawa which is consist of 3 members, they are Kiyosaku Uezu in vocal and bass guitar, then Takashi Gima in guitar, and the last is Satoshi Takazato in drums. When they were aged 19, they released their first album. They have released 5 studios recordings, one single, and one live concert DVD. In 2001, they sold over two-million records then released more albums with just as much success. The most popular song among all their fans is Chiisana Koi No Uta which has meaning in English Small Love Song. They are singing that song in that video. Please check out :))

My Birthday Part II :))

I think it's been almost a month since my birthday, but I just got the pictures some days ago (even those are not all of pictures).

Ok then, for my birthday in this period, my friends gave me surprise 3 times. For the first surprise, they were successfully surprised me, because at that time ( a week after my birthday) I just finished from Taxation class and stoped a while in IP's lobby waiting for Adzan Maghrib with my others friends then suddenly, Koh coming and gave me small BreadTalk bun which has candle in the top. I was like, OMG..so this is the surprise from them :)

Hmm,,actually at that day I was suspicious with my friends acts, because Sheylla and Dwiky that lately seldom to coming to Uni were appeared at that time, but then they talk about KKN's grade that has been announced in the web, so I think maybe they were came to the Uni to find out about it. In the fact, I was wrong. I was happy at that time because I knew that my friends are really care with me,because they were came to Uni just to gave me surprise and greeting birthday, it was such an incredible since we are lately busy with our own schedules.haha. I put the picture at that time below :)

Nah, for the second Surprise, how to say it..hmmm,,actually that was silly-failed-cute surprise for me.hahaha. The story is like this, Meutia was texted my Mom asked her permission to decorate my room and to gave me surprise at home because they were know that at that day I would go out for the whole day. Actually, the funniest thing is My Mom told me about my friend's plan. Then because in the next morning my father would go to Jakarta, then she should prepare all of his stuffs, so i told her to reject my friends permission.huahaha..Then yeah, starting from that I knew that they still have another surprise for me :))

Forensic Auditing Assignment \(^.^)/

Forensic Auditing is one of my favourites subjects for this semester. Actually, this subject isn't compulsory subject, it is included in elective course that i can choose to be taken or not. Then, 2 weeks ago, I got assignment from this class. My lecturer gave the class a case that we should answer and discuss in the report. Then the report will be submit in the next meeting (next week). So, tonight, I'm going to share to you about that assignment. If you guys like something that related with fraud and how to identify it, then this post gonna be suitable for you :D

PLUTONIUM’S CASE

Plutonium was an internet startup company founded in 1998 at the beginning of the technology boom. One of the largest problems for Plutonium was developing the technological systems necessary to support the rapidly expanding user base. Furthermore, due to the rapid expansion in the recent years, many of their systems had been added hastily, resulting in poor integration and eroding data integrity. As a result, the CEO of Plutonium announced an initiative to integrate all systems and increase the quality of internal data. In compliance with this initiative, Plutonium purchased an expensive and complex billing system called Gateway, which would automate the billing for thousands of internet accounts via credit cards. During the integration, Gateway in collaboration with Visa created a phony credit card number that could be used by developers and programmers to test the functionality and integration of the Gateway system. Moreover, this credit card number was fully functional in “live” environments; so that testers and developers could ensure functionality without being required to use actual personal or company credit numbers (the activity on this card was not monitored). The integration went smoothly; however, it created thousands of corrupt accounts that required fixing.

Helloooooooo,,i think it's been some days i didn't post anything here. I'm busy with my pre-mid exam lately, but tonight i want to share something with you guys about my favorites Japanese duo :)

Have you ever heard about that name (Kobukuro) or even seen the picture above? if Yes,,congratulation then for you b'coz you've known one of the best duo singer in Japan, but if the answer is not, it's ok then, b'coz I'll tell you later about this duo. They both are one of my favorites Japanese singer (duo-in this term) :)

Kobukuro ( コブクロ ) is a Japanese duo which formed in 1998 and made label debut in 2001. The name of this duo is comes from 2 family names Kentaro Kobuchi and Shunsuke Kuroda. Kentaro Kobuchi is in vocals, and guitar, then Shunsuke Kuroda is the main vocals.

Kobuchi and Kuroda met for the first time in May 1998 in Sakai (near Osaka). Kobuchi was a salesman who held street concert every Saturday for joy, then Kuroda was a physical education teacher and also a street musician. Then in September in the same year, Kobuchi offered Kuroda a song and seeing that Kuroda can't play guitar, so the Kobuchi became the guitar player of the group, therefore the duo group Kobukuro was formed. Since from 1999, Kobukuro has been released 13 albums and 21 singles. 

IPF Chairman Election

Today I want to share to you about IPF chairman election. Actually it was held on 29^th September 2012, but I just got the pictures some days ago. Then before I start to introduce the 3 candidates who are coming from 2 departments of Economic and Bussiness (1 guy from Management and 2 guys from Accounting), as one of members IPF (haiah :P) I’ll share to you about IPF itself. IPF is abbreviation of International Program Forum. It is a forum and an organization for Economic and Business IP student as well.

This organization is a tool that bridges the interest of IP management and IP students. This organization's position is directly under IP management. IPF is consist of 3 divisions which are Student Activity, Public Relation, and Human Resource Department. Since 2009 i was joint in Student Activity :)) *so what* *lol*

Every Division is lead by one coordinator, then every division also has to make programs that can give more benefit and knowledge to IP Students. Oy, because of this organization was established long time ago before IP UII be united, then its members are just students whose coming from Economic and Business Department. But we never know what will the future brings, maybe IPF could be an organization for the whole IP UII where the members are coming from Law, Industrial Engineering and, Economic and Business Department students. Hopefully :))

Do you know what's the fun things in the world, especially in your special day [your birthday]? I think that's not a beautiful gifts or even delicious cake..For me, finding people around me greeting for my birthday, praying for my self, then make some silly-failed-cute surprises are the cutest and most lovable things in my birthday. Found that people around me is really care and love my self is something that really fun which give me more spirit and faith to face the future. All those surprises since from the part #1 until part #3 really make me grateful to have you all as my best friends :)) even not all of the surprises were running well and successful,  but trust me, that was really enough for me to be one of the most lucky girl in the world.  :))

It's October already. It should be a best moment for the good wishes in the early month, but yeaaah,,someone successfully ruined my mood today :'(

Someone that I thought as a friend for this long time was trying to re-open the old wound that I have actually tried to forget for some times ago. It was started when he was starting tweet in his twitter, told about the old story. It just gonna make me more and more and more hate him if I just re-write his tweets here. So, here, I put all of my feeling toward his actions that he though very cool or even brave. 

For you, yes YOU!!that thingking we are as an old friends, if you are really know the meaning of what friendship is, i bet you'll never do something bad toward your friends, even if they made mistakes. If you really love your friend, you should remind or alarm them if they do a mistake, not just avoid us and live with your own life then talking your old friends in twitter. I'm wondering now, have you ever thought that those accidents was appear just because of you..yes..YOURSELF!!have you think about that before?!Please don't blame other people about something that you did..tell me now, who's start that incident? Who want to be close with one of my best friends? Who was confide in every night talking about his romance? Who have hurt my friend's feeling and give her FAKE HOPES? WHO?!!! PLEASE TELL ME WHO?!!! IS IT YOU, ISNT IT? and now, you said that was OUR FAULT? hmmm,,ok,,take a look..maybe you were right, yeeah,,that was our fault..that was our fault why we were just believed eveything that you said at that time. We should be more careful and not believe you easily.
